Shipping & Delivery
1. What is your Shipping Policy?
We provide free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. Every package is securely packed and handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and on time.
2. Do you deliver to collection points or pickup lockers?
Currently, we only ship directly to the address entered at checkout. Delivery to pickup points or parcel lockers is not supported at the moment.
3. What are your delivery times?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed within 1 to 3 working days. After dispatch, delivery across the United Kingdom usually takes around 6 to 8 business days, depending on the destination. During peak periods, total delivery may take between 7 and 11 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. This tracking number allows you to follow your shipment through our Order Tracking Page.
5. Which shipping partners do you use?
We collaborate with reliable carriers within the United Kingdom, such as Royal Mail and DHL, to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
6. What if my package hasn’t arrived or is lost?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking the tracking information first. If there are no updates, please reach out to us at support@modeza-mode.com If your package is confirmed as lost, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or broken?
We’re sorry if your item didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us at support@modeza-mode.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will quickly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds & Returns
8. How do I return an item?
If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@modeza-mode.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
9. How long does it take to process a refund?
After we’ve received and checked your returned item, refunds are typically completed within 10 business days. You’ll be notified by email once the refund has been issued.
10. Who pays for the return shipping costs?
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, such as change of mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us at support@modeza-mode.com before sending any item back.
